Public website measurement
The public website uses Simple Analytics for privacy-friendly page-view measurement, including referring websites, browser and device information, and approximate country based on time zone. Simple Analytics does not use cookies or collect or store IP addresses, and does not create visitor profiles. We also record anonymous daily totals for selected link clicks and measure signup-button choices by plan and billing period. These clicks are not confirmed purchases. Signup event labels contain only the selected plan, billing period and button category. We do not send membership, payment or Telegram account details to Simple Analytics. Membership and payments
Stripe processes checkout and billing. Sharp Signal receives the membership information needed to provide and maintain access, such as an email address, membership status, chosen tier, and payment or subscription reference. Sharp Signal does not receive or store your full payment-card details.
Telegram and support
When you use Telegram, Telegram handles your account under its own privacy terms. Sharp Signal may use your Telegram identity and messages to provide access, answer support requests, prevent abuse, and keep a record of actions requested by you.
Protected dashboard
The member dashboard uses a secure sign-in cookie to maintain your session. It may store your membership entitlement, dashboard preferences, personal activity entries you choose to make, and security records needed to protect access. Security records may include a login time and network address.
Why information is used
Information is used to perform the membership agreement, provide support, maintain service security, comply with legal obligations, and understand anonymous website activity. It is not sold.
Retention and security
Information is kept only for as long as reasonably needed for access, support, security, accounting, dispute handling, or legal obligations. Reasonable technical and organisational safeguards are used, but no online service can promise absolute security.
Your choices and rights
You may ask about personal information associated with your membership, request correction, or raise a deletion or privacy concern. Some records may need to be retained where required by law or for legitimate security and accounting purposes.
